Your strengths
You bring three to five years of experience in project management
Knowledge and experience in the conference industry is an advantage
Keen attention to detail and proven problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German
Experience in customer management
Self-organised, structured and with clear goals
Willingness to travel during project phases (Europe-wide)
What you do with us
As a project manager, you are the main point of contact for our customers and the key person who coordinates the processes between the departments to achieve the goals and realise the projects within the given time frame.
You are responsible for virtual, hybrid and on-site projects from planning to execution.
You ensure that your international customers are satisfied by actively.
advising and supporting them and taking corrective action• You track and monitor the progress of the project including the budget, schedule and scope of the individual projects.
You will be responsible for planning and managing interdisciplinary teams using agile and classic project management methods.
You work closely with the management and the project management team and know where your teams stand at all times.
