Your strengths
You have three to five years of experience in project management
Knowledge and experience in the conference industry is an advantage
Keen attention to detail and proven problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German
Experience in customer management
Self-organized, structured and with clear goals
Willingness to travel during project phases (Europe-wide)

Your tasks
We are looking for a versatile personality to take on the role of project manager. As a project manager, you are the main point of contact for our clients and the key person who coordinates the processes between departments to achieve the goals and realise the projects within the given timeframe.
You will be responsible for virtual, hybrid and on-site projects of various sizes and complexity, from planning to execution.
You ensure that your international customers are satisfied by actively advising and supporting them and taking corrective action.
You track and monitor the progress of the project, including budget, schedule and scope of each project.
You will take over the planning and management of interdisciplinary teams using agile and classic project management methods.
You work closely with the management and know where your teams stand at all times.
